I'm Omar Enrique, a passionate personal trainer and online wellness coach based in Greenville, SC. With roots in Peru! You don’t need more motivation. You need direction—and someone who actually gives a damn.

I’m not just here to count your reps. I’m here to understand you—how you think, where you quit, what’s been holding you back—and build you into someone who doesn’t fold when it gets hard.

We train anywhere—your home, the outdoors, real environments where excuses don’t survive. Boxing for grit. Strength for power. Mobility and stretch work so your body moves like it should, not like it’s stuck.

This isn’t surface-level fitness. This is discipline, confidence, and control—built session by session.

If you’re tired of starting over, good. You won’t have to do it alone again.
